ADOBONG PUSIT (Squid Adobo)

INGREDIENTS:

1 Kilo Squid (Pusit)
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/3 cup Vinegar
2 cloves Garlic
1 medium size Onion
4 pieces dried bay leaves
3 tablespoon Vegetable oil
3 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 piece 8 grams Seasoning Mix
1 tablespoon whole black pepper corn
4 pieces Fushimi green pepper, cut in half.

PROCEDURE:
1. In a medium pan, put the oil and sautee the onion and garlic until light brown.

2. Put the squid and stir it until its water simmers.

3. Add the soy sauce, seasoning mix, bay leaves and black pepper. Stir and cook it for 5 minutes or until it simmers.

4. Put the vinegar, sugar and the fushimi pepper. Cook it for about 3 minutes.

5. Best served with white Rice. Good for 5 to 6 persons.
