BAKED MUSSELS  (Tahong)

Edit Posted by with No comments

Ingredients:

1 Kilo Fresh Mussels (Tahong)
1 185 grams Quickmelt Cheese (grated)
10 cloves of Garlic (minced)
2-3 tablespoon Butter
Parsley (finely chopped)

Procedure:

1. Boil water in a pan. Put the Mussels in the boiling water and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the shells open. Remove one side of the shell without the mussel meat. Put the remaining side to a flat baking pan.

2. In a saucepan, put the Butter and minced Garlic and let the latter fry until golden brown. Set aside.

3.  Put the fried garlic individually to the remaining shell in the baking pan in equal distribution. Then, put the grated Cheese in the same manner.

4. Preheat the oven to 250. Put the baking pan and bake it for 2 to 3 minutes or until the cheese melt and the cover is slightly brown. Remember to check the pan with the 2 to 3 minute mark to avoid burnt cheese.

5. Plate and evenly spread the chopped Parsley on top. Serves 5 to 6 persons.

It's so easy to do. Try it. Enjoy!!

Lots of Love,

Justine
