EGG IN A BASKET with a TWIST

INGREDIENTS:

1 slice Wheat Loaf Bread
1 medium size Egg
Feta Cheese
Basil Leaves
Salt and Pepper to taste

PROCEDURE:
1. In a baking pan, push the middle part of the wheat bread to create a hollow space.

2. Crack the Egg and pour it to the hollow space in the bread.

3. Add a pinch of Salt and Pepper to the egg.

4. Put the Basil Leaves on top and spread into pieces the Feta Cheese.

5. In a preheated oven, toast the bread for 2-3 minutes.

6. Good for 1 person.
