JUSTINE'S NILAGANG BABOY  (Justine's Filipino Pork Ribs Stew)

Ingredients:
1 kilo Pork Ribs
10 cups of water
3 pieces Corn on cob (slice into 4 each)
20 pieces stalk of Pechay (alternative: cabbage)
5 pieces Saba (Banana) cut in half (alternative: potato)
1 tablespoon black pepper corns
1 tablespoon Salt
3 stalk of whole Lemon grass (alternative: dried Bay leaves)
4 tablespoon Fish sauce 
Onion spring (finely chopped)

Procedure:
1. Boil water. Put the pork, salt and lemon grass. Cook it for 10 to 15 minutes.

2. Add the corn, fish sauce and pepper corns. You can add additional fish sauce or salt depending on your preferred taste. Avoid over seasoning. Cook for another 5 minutes.

3. Add the Banana. After 3 minutes, add the pechay. Cook it for another 2 to 3 minutes. Do not overcook the pechay. Serve with Onion spring on top.

4. Best serve with rice.  Good for 6 to 8 persons.
